Industrial & Marine Service, Inc. was founded in 1973 and incorporated in 1975 by Mr. Wally Castro Sr. in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. Ever since, IMS has been dedicated to the sale, brokerage, warranty and maintenance services, promotion and awareness of the boat and yacht industry in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. IMS is proudly owned and operated by the Castro family.

We are exclusive dealers and representatives in Puerto Rico of the world-class Sea Ray, Hydra-Sports, Lazzara Yachts, Meridian Yachts, Trophy, Suzuki Marine.
